English Courses for Children and Youth in Malta

To enroll your child, we only need you to send us a copy of their identification document and complete the medical consent form. Once we receive these documents, we will send you all the necessary documents for your child’s stay, including the enrollment confirmation and school invoice. Payment for the program is made directly to the school; our services are completely free for students.

The camp program offered by schools is fully comprehensive, covering accommodation (both in residence and with host families), all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), as well as entertainment and cultural activities, and transportation within the island. Young students are under the constant supervision of school coordinators, who create a welcoming environment and are responsible for all organizational aspects.

We recommend bringing:
– Sunscreen (SPF 30-50, category 3 or 4 sunglasses);
– For the beach (swimsuit, towel);
– Toiletries (toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel…);
– Comfortable shoes (sneakers, sports shoes, sandals) and summer clothes;
– Two/three pens, pencil;
– Budget of about 10 – 15 euros per day for extra expenses (ice cream, drinks, gifts…).

English schools in Malta do not establish any regulations. The use of shorts, T-shirts, and flip-flops is allowed on school premises. However, since classrooms are equipped with air conditioning, it is recommended that children and teenagers wear a light jacket in case they feel cold.

Arrival at Malta airport is very organized and safe. A school employee (Team Leader) will be waiting for the student in the arrivals area, holding a sign with the school name and the student’s name. Similarly, on the last day, this same employee will accompany the students to the airport, assisting them in the check-in process and ensuring that they are under the supervision of airport staff before boarding the flight. Students can arrive at the airport at any time of the day or night, as a staff member will be there to receive them. Additionally, it is very unlikely for them to get lost, as Malta airport is quite small.

Generally, it starts with a warm welcome from the staff and instructors, followed by an orientation where the rules of coexistence, class schedules, and scheduled activities are explained.

Classes are held Monday through Friday, with a duration of 45 minutes each. During the course, the main focus is on the fundamental aspects of the language, including reading, writing, listening comprehension, and speaking.

The English camp program in Malta offers two types of accommodation: on the school campus (either in a hotel or in a residence) or with a Maltese host family. Rooms are shared between 3-4 students and are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. Typically, schools try to place students of different nationalities together in the same room, which promotes English learning and multicultural interaction.

Camps in Malta for children and teenagers offer a comprehensive entertainment program. Depending on the period and weather conditions, schools organize a wide variety of activities. This may include visits to Malta’s capital, Valletta, trips to the nearby island of Comino to enjoy the famous Blue Lagoon, as well as activities such as beach volleyball, bowling, boat trips to Gozo, paintball, visits to the aquarium, and tours of the Three Cities at night. Each day holds a new and exciting experience.

The English camp program for children and young people is available during Easter, summer, and autumn holidays and is aimed at youths aged 12 to 17.
